As the days grow shorter and 2025 comes to a close, I find myself drawn to quieting my mind and reflecting on the blessings and joys of the past year. I am grateful for the conversations, collaborations, and engagements we have experienced together. You have been instrumental in helping me work toward the fulfillment of the vision for River Heights Solutions. I wish you peace and love as you celebrate the holiday season!
A Strategic Step Forward
During 2025, we focused our investments to shape our future directions, and I’m excited to share them with you. First, Beth Walker, my virtual assistant through Belay, began supporting River Heights Solutions in September. I’m thrilled to have Beth working alongside me, keeping our initiatives on track and strengthening our operations. We’ve been working behind the scenes to add exciting new service offerings, including career coaching for emerging leaders and those stepping into new roles. New for 2026, RHS is providing career coaching for faculty members, as well.
Many of you already know that River Heights Solutions was proud to sponsor both the EACUBO and CACUBO annual conferences in 2025, and you may be used to seeing our original logo. We’re excited to unveil our new logo (on the top of this message) and website! Our new look, inspired by the flow of rivers and the grandeur of the mountains of the American west, reflects the journey of transformation and resilience that defines the executive coaching experience.
