Join River Heights Solutions for a Roundtable Event

In honor of International Women’s Day (March 8), I want to invite you to a virtual roundtable on Wednesday, March 18 to explore how women are redefining career success, going beyond traditional titles and hierarchies, and designing success on their own terms. 

The roundtable topic is inspired by a 2025 research survey of 1,008 women in senior leadership positions who have at least 15 years of experience in either corporate or not-for-profit organizations. The survey was conducted by Harris Poll on behalf of Chief, which is a membership and community platform for senior women leaders. 

In our discussion of women’s ambition and career trajectories, we’ll explore how influence matters more than position title, how impact can be shaped by networks, and what it takes to build meaningful connections that sustain and enhance your growth as a leader.

This roundtable offers a candid, confidential, and supportive environment where you can reflect on your own journey, connect with and hear from others, and take with you fresh perspectives on what’s possible.  The roundtable will be facilitated by Maura Donahue, CEO of River Heights Solutions, LLC.
